About this event
Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 10:00am
In 1926, the Lyons family bought and transformed a 19th century farm, Glen View, into a grand, five-part neoclassical mansion for high society entertaining. The estate included formal boxwood gardens, exotic marble floors, fountains, and even a full-size doll house built in 1936 for their daughter.
Come explore this beautiful mansion and the tiered gardens as we go behind the scenes into rarely seen spaces, including the Lyons family safe, attic, private closets, staff offices and crawl spaces. View historic documents, learn more about Glenview’s story, enjoy refreshments and celebrate a century of elegance.
