Music of the Baroque Riverwalk Performance - MEET ME THERE
Explore Chicago - The Chicago Water Music & Happy Hour
The Chicago Water Music transforms the Chicago River and the surrounding architecture into a
grand concert hall, as Music of the Baroque Chorus &Orchestra, and the “ Strong Voices ”
Chorus, made up of young musicians from the ensemble’s choral education program will cruise
the river performing excerpts from Handel's Water Music, Music for the Royal Fireworks, the
opening of Vivaldi's Gloria, and more. Watch for free from the Riverwalk.
The boat pauses in front of the Merchandise Mart (between the Franklin St and Wells St
bridges) to perform the entire program at approx. 7:10pm.
We will gather together at Brews & Bites at 5:30pm. This is a very popular event!
