BalletX is Philadelphia’s premier contemporary ballet company.  Its versatile and diverse ensemble of 16 dancers have been hailed by The New York Times as “among America’s best.” Founded in 2005 by former Pennsylvania Ballet dancers Christine Cox and Matthew Neenan, the company has commissioned over 80 choreographers from around the world to produce 150 world premieres.  There is always something new, innovative and inspiring to experience in their programs. They make ballet inviting and accessible.  And their impact extends beyond their performances to include dance education and community outreach initiatives.  

Come join us for a behind-the-scenes look at BalletX dancers in action during a rehearsal in their studio, followed by a Q&A with Artistic and Executive Director Christine Cox.  

The capacity for this event is 30.
