DC (V) - TED Talk How lifelong movement supports your brain (7 pm ET)

About this event

Christopher Wilson, a certified brain health trainer, believes the future we create depends on how we care for our most powerful organ—the brain. 1 in 9 adults experience cognitive decline by age 45 and 60% of Americans live sedentary lives, but Chris has seen firsthand how movement can reverse these trends and protect brain health long-term. In his talk, he shares how movement isn't just about staying fit-- it's essential for brain health, longevity, and overall well-being.

After the talk, we'll have a social discussion of what we heard and the resonance it has in our lives.
